Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any engagement between AR Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") and a client ("you") for ad management, website design, and/or marketing automation services. By booking a call, signing an agreement, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Services are scoped individually per client and may include Meta & Instagram ad management, website design, marketing automation/workflows, and an optional AI Agent add-on, as described on our Packages page. Exact scope and pricing are agreed to separately after a discovery call — nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote.
Fees & Payment
Fees are billed monthly and are separate from any advertising budget you authorize us to spend on your behalf through Meta or other ad platforms. Ad spend is not a fee we retain — it is the amount actually put toward running your campaigns.
Term & Cancellation
Engagements are month-to-month. Either party may cancel at any time; there is no long-term lock-in contract. Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be wrapped up in good faith, but no refunds are issued for work already completed.
Ownership
Ad accounts, websites, and automation workflows built as part of our services run on AR Marketing's systems and infrastructure. If you cancel, access to these tools ends with the engagement. This is consistent with how most managed marketing services operate. If you'd like to discuss alternative ownership arrangements, raise it before signing on.
No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or return on ad spend. Ad platform performance depends on factors outside our full control, including platform algorithm changes, market competition, and your offer. Any figures referenced on this site (industry benchmarks, prior client results) are informational and not a promise of your results.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary account access, and approval on creative/ad content when requested. Delays on your end may delay campaign performance or project timelines.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms (including Meta, website hosting providers, and automation tools) that have their own terms of service. You're responsible for complying with those platforms' policies as they apply to your account and content.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AR Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the month the claim arose.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during the engagement private, and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
